• Arive with clean brows, makeup free and skincare products
• Discontinue the use of active skincare products, such as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and benzoyl peroxide, to prevent irritation or adverse reactions

• Please attend your appointments alone
• This policy allows us to provide the highest level of attention and care to your service while maintaining a professional and distraction-free atmosphere

• Both cash and online payments are welcome
• All payments made by card or digital methods will have an extra €5.00 fee

• If you arrive 10 minutes late, a €20 fee will be applied
• Arriving more than 15+ minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule, this can be done in your confirmation email 48 hours prior to your appointment
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours your deposit will be lost and a €25 late-change fee will be charged
• Please communicate with us if there is any emergencies or unforeseen situation
